ANIMAL and PET POLICY:

In accordance with local and federal laws, service animals are permitted to accompany passengers at all times. Unless the passenger has a service animal, it's entirely up to the driver whether or not to allow the passenger’s pet(s) in the vehicle. This is within the sole discretion of the driver. We do not guarantee that any driver will be willing to have your pet as a passenger.

Please help drivers keep vehicles clean for all riders by bringing a crate or blanket to reduce the risk of damage or mess.

If the pet causes a mess or damage in the vehicle, we may charge you a flat $200.00 cleaning fee. The driver should inform the customer of this possibility prior to the customer’s pet entering the vehicle. Drivers are encouraged to document any mess or damage created by a pet.
