Meet and Greet Service at OGG Airport only

up to 6 pax with baggage per van (capacity is 7 pax without luggage)

Arrivals – Additionally to our transportation services, we offer meet and greet service at the airport arrival. We recommend to welcoming our guests to Hawaiian experience either with the standard Aloha! greeting or with add-on a fresh lei flower greeting (separate charge applies). 

The greeting service is an assistance to minimize the airport confusion and to ensure that passengers, individuals or groups, and their luggage make it to their destination. We have greeters located on-site for the duration of each flight arrivals to accommodate any early or delayed flights or any last-minute changes as necessary.

Our friendly greeter will welcome you at the bottom of the escalator, holding a sign with yours or your group's name on it. From there, your greeter will escort you to the baggage claim area and assist you in anyway, then assist you all the way to your safe, clean, air-conditioned van. 

Note: The Meet-And-Greet service is completed by our contractor partner company, a professionally licensed company with security and Covid clearance, and it is additional charge  per each arrival or group. Otherwise, your taxi meeting point is at stop sign #3, when you cross at the traffic light outside of Baggage Claim to the middle divider and to the left.
